 Are You Motivated to Learn and Improve?

Fleet Feet Pleasanton offers free educational workshops on topics of interest for our running and walking community.

Each Bulletproof Runner Workshop is an enriching educational experience focusing on different areas of running performance, strength and conditioning, nutrition and more. We will feature an individual specialist or panel of experts, usually following our weekly Saturday Run Crew run at the Pleasanton store, although times and locations may vary.  We will be joined by experts in nutrition, strength training, behavioral health, running performance, injury prevention and treatment throughout the series. Each workshop will allow for questions and interactive dialog for a full experience where you learn and take away something that will enhance your running and healthy lifestyle habits.

Join us after Run Crew to learn more about injury prevention for runners, with Physical Therapist Victoria Liu, owner of Ironhorse PT and Pilates in San Ramon. Victoria, who graduated from Columbia University with an MS in Physical Therapy, is an accomplished triathlete who enjoys running, cycling and rock climbing.
