Fleet Feet NYC's The Big Run Training Program Presented by Brooks

We are excited to announce the return of our The Big Run 5K Training Program! This Global Running Day, Fleet Feet is hosting the biggest running party of the year—The Big Run 2024! We will celebrate The Big Run with Brooks and Michelob ULTRA and thousands of runners nationally for a 3.1-mile-long party.

Want to join in but you're not sure where to start? We have you covered! With our beginner-friendly Couch to 5K Training Program, you'll build the fitness and the confidence to cross the finish line at The Big Run on Global Running Day (Wednesday, June 5th, 2024). You'll receive an 8-week schedule of workouts and will be held accountable by our coaches and your fellow peers within the program.

Twice-weekly in-person workouts, meeting at Fleet Feet Upper West Side on 72nd Street between Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues, will be hosted every Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM and every Sunday morning at 9:30 AM. We look forward to guiding you to the finish line of a very successful 5K!
