What’s the criteria to join, you ask? You run, you walk, you move. Be it slow (or fast), long (or short), on roads (or trail), in the form of a triathlon (or cross-training), for fun (or for PRs). The club is wholly about bringing people together who love the sport in any form and want to share that with others.
And as always, Fleet Feet New York City's Training Programs are churning out the necessary workouts, recovery exercises, and training tips to help hundreds of fellow runners complete their first or fastest 5K, 10K, 13.1, or 26.2. The programs we offer are led by experienced and professional coaches, side by side with the support of volunteer mentors that keep participants both motivated and accountable. There is a place for everyone, no matter your fitness level or pace. The training is structured and specified to our athletes and provides a detailed road map towards your goals. Description: We are excited to announce the return of our The Big Run 5K Training Program! This Global Running Day, Fleet Feet is hosting the biggest running party of the year?The Big Run 2024! We will celebrate The Big Run with Brooks and Michelob ULTRA and thousands of runners nationally for a 3.1-mile-long party.
Want to join in but you're not sure where to start? We have you covered! With our beginner-friendly Couch to 5K Training Program, you'll build the fitness and the confidence to cross the finish line at The Big Run on Global Running Day (Wednesday, June 5th, 2024). You'll receive an 8-week schedule of workouts and will be held accountable by our coaches and your fellow peers within the program.
Twice-weekly in-person workouts, meeting at Fleet Feet Upper West Side on 72nd Street between Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues, will be hosted every Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM and every Sunday morning at 9:30 AM. We look forward to guiding you to the finish line of a very successful 5K!

Program Schedule: Wednesdays at 6:30 PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM
Program Fee: $149
Description: Year 2 of our Fleet Feet NYC Spring Half Marathon Training Program will give you the structured guidance you need all spring leading up to the spring half marathon of your choosing around May 18th/19th or a date in close proximity. You'll receive an entire 10-week schedule of workouts and will be held accountable by our coaches as well as all your fellow peers within the program. Twice-weekly in-person workouts, meeting at our Columbus Circle store at 10 Columbus Circle, Second Floor, will be hosted every Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM and every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM. Whether you're a beginner runner running your debut half or a seasoned runner looking to notch an additional PR, join us to run a faster half.
