Join us for Fleet Feet Mishawaka's 90-Minute Triathlon!  This year we are holding not just one event, but three separate events.

What can you expect:
The 90-Minute Triathlon will consist of 3 back-to-back 30-minute sessions:
30-Minute Run/Walk
30-Minute Interval Workout
30-Minute Yoga Session (participants will need to supply their own yoga mat)

The Run/Walk will start/finish at the Fleet Feet Mishawaka store.
The Interval Workout and the Yoga Session will take place in the Fleet Feet Mishawaka parking lot.  (Participants will want to bring their own yoga mat to use in the parking lot).
