- Use It or Lose It (Maintain Your Fitness on the Road), March 30-May 27
- Trail Techniques (Fundamentals of Trail Running), Apr 7-June 1
- Speed School (Track workouts), Jun 4-July 18
- Sunset & Cider 5K & Half Marathon (Trail), June 28-Sep 28
- Urban Cow 5K & Half Marathon (Road), July 25-Oct 6
- Join CIM Training after Urban Cow Training (Road), Oct 8-Dec 8
- California International Marathon (CIM) & Relay (Road), July 25-Dec 8
- The month of December is free and fun runs will be offered twice per week.
Convenient for you
- Choose to remain enrolled for the entire year or only while you train for your goal race. Start or cancel anytime!
- Road AND trail programs will be offered simultaneously throughout the year, allowing you to choose between multiple practice days, times, and terrains per week while working towards your goals.
- Workouts will be held 3 days per week for the Urban Cow 5K & Half Marathon and California International Marathon & Relay; all other programs will be held twice per week.
- Your favorite programs, like Speed School and Use It or Lose It, are scheduled between spring and fall training sessions to keep you moving and are included in your subscription.
- Winter/Spring (Jan-Jul) - $40
- Summer/Fall (Aug-Nov) - $50
- December 2024 - FREE
