Malta Half- and Full-Marathon Training Program - Fleet Feet Distance Project
The Half- and Full-Marathon programs are designed to help you maximize your commitment to these popular, yet challenging distances. You should be running at least 20 miles per week for the 13.1 program and 25 miles per week for the 26.2 program on your own when the program starts. Coach Mark Mindel, long-time half- and full-marathon coach at Fleet Feet Malta with 40+ years of experience, will be overseeing the program. It will run from Sunday, March 10 to Thursday, May 30. The first meeting will take place at Leah's Cakery on Sunday, March 10, at 8:00 AM. Group runs are Sundays at 8:00 AM and Thursdays at 5:45 PM with locations varied across the Malta/Saratoga region.
A completed medical waiver will be required before undertaking either program
