Global Running Day is on June 5, 2024. Fleet Feet Longmeadow is excited to put on a 6-week training program for The Big Run occurring on this day!
This 6-week program is for all levels and paces - all are welcome! In-person training groups will meet on Sundays at 8 am and Tuesdays at 6 pm. Sessions will meet at Fleet Feet Longmeadow. Our coaches will communicate via email and/or text if any changes or cancellations due to inclement weather. The registration fee will include a training plan each day of the week, coaching, mentors, a t-shirt!
Even if you don't do the training program, you can still run THE BIG RUN with us!
