About our Couch to 5K Training Program

• When is it?
  • Training starts on February 21st, 2023. 
  • Sign-ups close Februray 20th, 2023 at 11:59pm. 
    • Cost is $100 for the 10 week training program
• What does it include?
  • 2 weekly coached sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM)
  • Safe and organized runs with mentor led pace groups for runners of all levels
  • Extra sessions to go through training principles and topics
  • Yoga for beginniner runners
  • 10% in-store discount during program length
  • Educational clinics that will delve into proper nutrition, choosing the correct gear, and avoiding injury!
• Where will we meet?
  • We will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM at Fleet Feet in Kingsport at 1880 N. Eastman Rd., Suite 205, Kingsport, TN. 
  • Training schedules will be provided so you know what is expected.

Whether you're looking for a way to meet those New Year's Resolution goals or just a way to get back into running/exercise, this training program will help get you prepared for your first, or your 100th, 5k (3.1 miles). Connect with your local running community, meet new friends, and learn about proper nutrition, how to avoid injury, and much more!
