1/2 Marathon Training Program

The 12-week program includes: 

• 3 weekly coached sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6 pm, Saturdays @ 7 am)
• Mini clinics (Trigger Point, Nutrition, Hydration, etc) 
• A detailed training schedule and personal training plan through RunDot
• Technical T-shirt
• All the support you need to cross the finish line of a 1/2 marathon!

• RunDot is personalized training that stands for Data Optimized Training. Your training will be even more personal than any training group we have done in the past! Your subscription for this program is covered in your training fee. 

Training begins April 23rd, 2024 and we will be training for the RAD Half Marathon in June!
