Join our 10K Training group and challenge yourself to cross the finish line at 6.2 miles. 10K doesn't have to be intimidating. With encouraging coaches that keep things fun, gradual increases in workload that build endurance safely and the accountability provided by your fellow participants, you are sure to meet your goals in the 10K distance!

Program Start: Various 10K start dates
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am
Program Fee: $130 excluding race fee
