We take extreme pride in helping others reach their goals through fun, organized, and supportive training groups. When you train with Fleet Feet you are mentored by people who are truly invested in your success, safety and enjoyment. Spring 12 Week 10K/Half Marathon Training Program

Program Dates: February 5th - April 27th

Training Runs: Tuesdays 5:30 and Saturdays 8 am

Cost: $110

This program will be sponsored by Brooks Running and offer pop up up nights with the Brooks running rep and a post program meet up with snacks, games and fun! 

Suggested Graduation Half Marathon: Christie Clinic Illinois Half Marathon or any spring race or virtual event of your choice. 

• Spring weekly program including free cross training options throughout 
• Training plan and calendar with workouts provided to you.
• Dedicated support and individual attention from your Coach and Mentors. 
• 2 Group training sessions per week
• Additional free fun runs 
• Opportunity to earn Fleet Feet swag
• Informational clinics on topics such as proper footwear, injury prevention, and nutrition.
• Accountability for your participation from your Coach.
• The camaraderie of others like you with the same goal!
