Kick off the weekend festivities with a group run with Salomon from Tom Watson park! We'll be grilling out afterwards with food and beverages provided for everyone, come hang out with us! The first 50 people at the group run will receive a special Fleet Feet Boulder X Salomon gift!

Run Club and Happy Hour with ASICS
Location: Fleet Feet Boulder
Time: 6 pm - 8 pm
Looking for a Friday happy hour? Look no further than Fleet Feet Boulder! We'll start the evening with a group run at 6pm featuring the latest shoes from ASICS. Afterwards, we'll hang out in-store with post-run refreshments for a Happy Hour! Non-alcoholic options will be available as well.
Saturday, May 25th
Morning Shakeout with Salomon
Location: Fleet Feet Boulder
Time: 8 am
Join us for a 3 mile shakeout run with Salomon! Salomon will have their latest road shoes available to demo and giveaways for the first 50 people! We'll be providing breakfast from Nopolito's and we'll have a custom Fleet Feet Boulder X Salomon coffee from The Coffee Ride available to purchase. Atomic PT will be on site from 8 am - 10 am offering free taping!
Party Pace with ON
Location: Fleet Feet Boulder
Time: 7 pm
Experience a unique, party themed run with ON and Fleet Feet Boulder! ON will be demoing their latest shoes and we'll run a parking lot relay where you get to try different shoes on each lap - or get a group of friends together and make it a relay! Additionally, we'll have SHOKZ headphones demos and a bangin' playlist to listen to while you run. Afterwards, join us as we turn the store into a party scene with disco lighting and good vibes. ON will have giveaways for the first 50 people at the run and some great raffle prizes for afterwards!
Atomic PT will be offering free taping from 5 pm - 8pm
Sunday, May 26th
Morning Shakeout with Saucony

Join Fleet Feet, Cooldown, and New Balance the evening before Colorado's favorite 10K!

Monday, May 27th
Recovery Rally
Location: Fleet Feet Boulder
Time: 11 am - 4pm
You just crushed your race, make sure to crush your recovery too! We'll be hanging out all day at Fleet Feet Boulder with recovery stations from OOFOS, Roll Recovery, and more! Stretchzone will be providing free stretches and we'll be grilling out all day! Stop by at any point, try our recovery products, and grab some food!
Atomic PT will be onsite offering free injury assessments from 12 pm - 3 pm.
Recovery Panel
Location: Fleet Feet Boulder
Time: 2 pm - 3pm
Join us for a panel discussion moderated by Jon Levitt of For The Long Run podcast on the importance of recovery, and how you can learn to optimize recovery to help you perform at your best. After the panel discussion, we'll be raffling off prizes to help you recover from some of event partners including, Roll Recovery, 2before, Cheribundi, Ketone-IQ, and OOFOS!

Dana Eshelman
Dana is a Board Certified Sports Dietitian (CSSD) and a USAT level I certified coach. She has been working professionally with athletes for 4 years. Prior to her role as a sports dietitian, Dana worked as a dietitian in a clinical setting for 5 years.
She values looking at an athlete's entire well being and how they feel in their day to day life in order to understand where to place focus for each individual. Nutrition is so much more than the food you put on your plate. It is about supporting the complex systems that make up your body and listening to what your body needs so you can take on all that you ask your body to achieve.Dana uses her personal experience as a runner and triathlete as well as her experience in helping hundreds of athletes optimize their fueling strategy to reach peak performance in both life and sport!
Jason Fitzgerald
Jason Fitzgerald started Strength Running in 2010 to help runners avoid the mistakes that he made earlier in his running career.
Since starting his coaching business, Jason has helped thousands of athletes go after big goals, prevent injury, and stay healthy in the sport they love.

Emma Stevenson
Dr. Emma is a physical therapist and the owner of Atomic Physical Therapy in Boulder and Broomfield, Colorado. Atomic Physical Therapy is a sports medicine clinic that offers runners and outdoor enthusiasts of all levels high quality care to get back to doing what they love by utilizing state of the art treatment techniques such as dry needling, shockwave, and laser therapy.
As a physical therapist, Dr. Emma works primarily with runners with a special focus on women's health. She has worked with a variety of runner's from ultramarathoners to beginners and is passionate about creating an environment where running is accessible and fun for anyone interested. Dr. Emma and her team have also created a specialized analysis for runners of all levels to decrease injury and improve longevity with running.
