Description: Need support to get started? We?ve got you! Our beginner-friendly training program will help you build the fitness and confidence you need to cross the finish line like a champ. With a coach and training buddies to keep you on track, you?ll be psyched to celebrate The Big Run this June. This program is designed for those individuals just starting their walking and running regardless of pace or speed. It's not about who is first or last; it's about effort and making a lifestyle change
