Speed Workouts
Tuesday nights at 6:00pm at Fayetteville High School Track
All abilities welcome. Great workouts if you need to improve your 5K, 10K, or marathon time. Or, if you want to add a little spice to your weekly routine.
These sessions are coached by Ron Schmidt, founder of React Performance, who is a level 1 Certified USA Triathlon Coach. Ron calls these sessions "running development." His focus is on teaching correct running form and speed drills. This combination allows each individual to increase speed, strength, efficiency, and stamina. Fun Run
Thursday nights at 6:00pm. Meeting place is Fleet Feet Sports.
All abilities welcome. This run is for fun just as the name says. The group decides how long to run, 3-5 miles is pretty much the norm!
