Meet Jeff Galloway running legend, US Olympian, and inspirational speaker. He is inventor of the Galloway RUN-WALK training method. Jeff believes we were all designed to run and walk, and keeps finding ways to bring people into the positive world of exercise. There will also be a book signing.
